A warm welcome to the web site of Travelling Art Gallery ("Travelling Art Gallery", "us", or "our"). Our services and products presented in the Travelling Art Gallery web site ("site") are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as in effect at the time of your visit. Please read them carefully.

Ordering

You warrant that the personal information you must provide when ordering as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use any false name or any name that you are not authorised to use.

Product Descriptions

Travelling Art Gallery attempts to describe the products offered on the site as accurately as possible. However, Travelling Art Gallery does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Travelling Art Gallery and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit.

Risk Of Loss

All products purchased from Travelling Art Gallery are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Cancellation / Refunds Policy

For all items ordered through this site, you may cancel an order provided you give written notice of cancellation (this can be via email) within 7 working days of receiving the order and return the goods to Travelling Art Gallery. The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. We will refund the value of the item returned and the original delivery charges to the same account you used to make the purchase, within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation was given, providing goods are in perfect condition. Please return goods within 7 days in the original delivery packaging.

In the case of "damaged in transit" items, we will refund the cost of returning them subject to our carrier having inspected the goods and the packaging in accordance with the terms of their insurance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
