The United Service Club was a London gentlemen's club, now dissolved, which was established in 1815 and was disbanded in 1978. Its clubhouse was at 116 Pall Mall, on the corner of Waterloo Place. Barraud produced his quality etchings over a long period between 1910 and 1950. He produced artwork for the famous publisher & developer of Pitman shorthand & training specialist, Isaac Pitman. Other etchings were made for Lloyds Bank and for the illustrated guide to Sir Isaac Pitman for the Trowbridge Museum. His etchings for the LNER railway company carriage panels are highly sought after. Ref: L008
