Real name was Frank Hoar. Architect, cartoonist in watercolour, lecturer in architecture. Born India 13/9/1909. Educated Plymouth College and London University. Studied art at Bartlett School of Architecture and Slade School. Lived in Ealing, London

Produced artwork for LNER Post-War series.
